I activated the monthly travelpass ($100) for my Samsung Galaxy phone for a trip to the Philippines. Its not finding any networks even though roaming is on. How do I fix it since I'm still in the Philippines?
Hello SamsungGalaxyS22Ultra. We're sorry you're having issues with your service overseas. When a customer travels outside the country, we rely on the antennas from the local providers. If there are no towers in the area, there wouldn't be much that could be done. We would recommend taking advantage of Wi-Fi when available.
