I I have the plan to make call from US to Mexico and Canada but 3 days ago every time I make an international call it says that is not in my plan, but I check and it says I have it. Any advice on what can be wrong or what can I do to fix this??

I am having this same issue, I get a text shortly after the call drops letting me know I am not authorized to make calls to Mexico as it's not in my plan. I've got the Play More Unlimited plan that includes calls to Mex & Canada. What the heck is going on?
I was told I have to turn roaming on to achieve this but it hasn't worked, even after restarting my phone.
Hello, being on top of your international calls is vital, especially if you are having issues dialing to Mexico. When did the issue start (did it work before)? What recent changes have you made? Have you dialed multiple numbers or other countries and had the same result?
