Does The "1 Month" International Plan Go By Calendar Months?

Does the "one month" International travel plan go by calendar month?  If I start travel on January 3rd and finish on Feburary 3rd, will I be charged for one month, or two?

Verizon changed this to the better. When it first came out, it was the month of your billing period and if you traveled over a billing period, you had to get charged twice.

However, with the 30 day plan, it is now 30 straight days, regardless of a new month or new billing month.
