I have tried for 3 days to contact customer service. I've gone on the app, called multiple phone numbers, tried to chat, and gone on the website. I need to change my international plan and nowhere does it allow me to do that. Call centers are all closed, I have tried every day at different times of day. How do I get help in the UK?? Verizon customer service is abysmal.
I know the importance of making sure you are able to adjust your international plan, you should definitely be able to complete changes on your account.
