International Trip Planner page omits one of my devices, an unlocked Samsung S7. Another one of their travel plan pages shows it greyed out as ineligible. Contacted Verizon via chat, they could not figure it out, finally they had to enable the travel plan on their end. It took about 30 minutes of back and forth chat to get it done! Now I go to that page, and it STILL shows the S7 not listed. How can their online page be so broken?
I've had similar issues activating new phones with Verizon over the past few years, and often ended up in a very long chat session, not because I didn't know how to do it but because online system doesn't work correctly. I wonder if Verizon realizes how much money they are losing having reps handle this stuff via chat.
