International plan not working in india

I purchased a month of the international plan for my trip to India and my phone isn’t working when not connected to internet.

I tried calling +1 (908) 559-4899 and it said the service center is closed, but everywhere online says it is supposed to be open 24/7. What are the actual hours? How can I get my phone working

Is there an email address etc to contact when people are travelling overseas? People may not have lot of time to spend on chat.
