***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Does sending a photo via email from abroad count as data?

Lougia1, it's always good to have the details when it comes to international services. I can definitely address your email inquiry. Sending a photo via email does count as data. It's also considered data when sent as a picture message but we do have specific pay-as-you-go rates ($.50 for picture messages sent and $.25 for picture messages received) when sent via a standard text messaging app when no international plan is on the line.
