I am currently in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico with TravelPass activated on my account. Voice and data roaming are activated on my iPhone7. My phone has been showing NO SERVICE since my arrival except for a very brief time when it was connected to Telcel and at that time would not connect to the internet to get a Yelp recommendation for lunch. My friend's phone, also on my account, has connected to Telcel without problem. Suggestions?

Having phone service while traveling is a must Unklephil. I am happy to confirm that your phone can definitely be used while in Mexico and Travel Pass should work. Have you enabled voice and data roaming on your phone? To enable roaming on your device click, settings<cellular
