My daughter has always been able to call my Verizon cell phone from Japan. Now when she calls I get various messages such as "Restricted," "Time Restricted," or "Unavailable." Yet sometimes she can get through. The problem occurs whether she uses Skype or her landline. What's happening? This is my only way to communicate with my daughter and is very upsetting to me.
We want to make sure you are able to make the calls to your daughter while she is out of the country. To clarify, is she able to contact other numbers without an issue? Is she connected to WiFi services while doing this or is she using a cellular data connection? Has there been any changes on your device or hers?
