I need help as quick as possible. My daughter is traveling in Finland. She said the first 24 hours her travel pass was fine. It ran out and said another something would come up. It never came up to be activated I guess. She called me, texts but has no data. She wants the data. What is wrong? How can she change it. I have been trying to use the chat function. No one ever answers chat. Tried to call the local verizon but the phone number is listed as 000.0000 I can't get anyone to help me. Please and thank you. For anyone who can help.
Is the setting for data usage set to allow data roaming.
Travel Pass only allows 512 MB per day at full 4G speed and reduces to 2G for the remainder of the 24 hour day.
