I already have a TravelPass option on my devices and the last time I signed up was through the live chat page. Verizon has a digital assistant now and its functions to respond to questions are limited. It states in the instructions that once you signed up, a Verizon rep will help. Waited for 20 minutes no one got on line. Has anyone have these issues? Thanks for any feedback.
