@vzw_customer_support I am aware how to find the coverage map and Verizon is showing coverage in PR just like the states. So, what's your excuse?

Also, the link you provided is broken. The right one is actually: https://www.verizon.com/coverage-map/?adobe_mc=MCMID%3D79546443291473188272455540208628706127%7CMCOR...

Thanks for forwarding our concerns! There are TONS of posts in your forum about this very same issue of terrible service in PR.

That's some fantastic customer service. "We can't control how other countries build their networks".

Fascinating.  Puerto Rico is part of the U.S., has all roaming capabilities included as if it were domestic, and EVERY OTHER CARRIER works there. The problem is with the S21, the supposed flagship phone. NOT with "other countries".

Acquiring and paying for a local simcard is not an option. I will ditch Verizon first. I'm not paying extra because my phone has an issue. I would understand if I was traveling to Estonia, but I'm not.

Thanks for your "help" Marshall. You're a credit do your company.
