We used Travel Pass but when a call, text, gps, internet use, email use is made, it appears that data is turned on until it is manually turned off in settings (this is how it was described to me by the customer service representative). The data remains on and we have been charged for multiple days (14 last month), when calls were only made on 2 days that month.
If this is the correct explanation, I suggest that Verizon make an option during use of Travel Pass for data to automatically turn off within 24 hours, so that data charges don't continue. The customer service agent I talked to said this happens often, so I suggest that this would be a great customer service for Verizon to provide for travelers using Travel Pass. Thank you.
