I am travelling in india, enabled travel pass, Received message that I exceeded $250 intl data within the 24hours. Account is restricted, now asking me to pay $250, before service can be restored.
Now i cannot use any services, cannot call any number, representative in chat cannot do anything unless I pay.
What are my options, other than paying for something i was misled to believe, travel pass is good for 24hrs
