Going to Sri Lanka on vacation. Can I use my Samsung Galaxy S6 in Sri Lanka if I swap my Verizon SIM card with a Dialog (Sri Lanka) SIM card?

Fyi ..Dialog Mobile LTE operates on 1800 Band 3.

What_do_I_get_from_4G_Mobile_LTE_service?

Great question! If intending to use your device with another carrier, you would need to contact that carrier in order find out if the selected device is compatible. KleoL_VZW

Ok will do that. Do you know which LTE 4G band Verizon uses?

You can see the LTE bands for your phone in the specifications section in this link. Samsung Galaxy S6 | Verizon Wireless

Compare them to the carrier you plan to use.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
