Before I left for Japan I setup an international data plan and checked online that my phone (an iPhone 4S) would work in Japan. But now that I'm here the phone cannot seem to connect to any cellular networks (wifi works fine). I have voice & data roaming turned on. Rebooting did not help. What can I do? Thanks for any help...

I hope you are enjoying your time in Japan, CASBURY69. Let's see what we can do to get you up and running in Japan. Do you have an active Sim card in your iPhone 4S? An active Sim is required on your iPhone 4S from Verizon Wireless. It should have been activated before you left the US.
