If I turn off my phone and don't use it for 4-5 days, am I still charged $10/day for those days?

They are obviously speaking of TravelPass, and Ann154​ answered this correctly. Charges are only on the days that the device is used, $10 per 24 hour increment, if not used for 2 days won't charge until used again and is then $10 for the next 24 hours, etc...
