Will VZ navigator work in Europe?

I am going to Spain for 2 weeks, and wondered if VZ navigator will work there.

No, it won't. You should look into the free alternative available in your device's app store. For example Google Maps would work in Spain and you can download the maps over wifi to reduce the data usage on roaming cellular.
