Everyday, I get a spam text addressed to "Bill", and then a message. Each message is different, trying to get me to update insurance, or that I won the raffle last night.... all garbage.
The problem is that every single message is sent from a different phone number, so blocking the number doesn't help.
I use the Travel Pass feature when overseas, and when ever I turn on my phone, the first thing is a download of one of these spam texts, thus tripping my $10/day fee.
There has to be a way for Verizon to stop this nonsense. Anyone have any ideas>?
