I simply placed a change of address request which became a new order and a nest camera was automatically ordered and delivered and I was billed 200 bucks for it. I did not select this. I don't want this nest camera and would like to return it but this seems impossible. I was on hold for over 30 minutes with a useless rep that could not figure out how to send me a return label. Anyone have a solution to this nest camera scam?
