I connect to my self-hosted OpenVPN so I can access my self-hosted VM via RDP, and this is used to connect to a customer VPN. The 8800L gives me a prompt after about an hour to relogin to my OpenVPN server. This disconnects me from my RDP session, and I can only restore it after restarting the VM. My employer provided the 8800L, and I do not want to add my OpenVPN configuration file to this device. Any advice on fixing this issue is appreciated.
Being able to use your Hotspot is crucial. We are here to help. When did this issue first start and did any changes occur around this time at all?-Sean
Issue started when I received the device. It works fine as a hospot, but it shouldn't prompt me to reauthenticate unless it does this by design.
