I need to have port 5198 and port 5199 open to have this program to work. I have tried the pass forward but I can't seam to get it to work. Has anyone gotten this program to work on mifi 4620L. Can anyone help me to open the ports to get the program to work. Thank You.

Custom ports do not work on VZW Jetpacks. No amount of configuration will allow your communication through. It is being blocked at the VZW NAT firewall level and is outside of your control.
The only work arounds are as follows:
1. VPN into a network where those ports are open or configurable
2. Purchase a static IP Address from VZW for around $500.00
3. Swap out your Jetpack for HomeFusion, which comes with a public IP and configurable ports
4. Terminate service and try another provider
