I have a mifi jetpack 6620 that I use for my personal computer when I travel. However, my work computer is configured by my employer to prohibit wifi, so I need a wired internet connection. Is there a way to connect the mifi to a router to provide internet access across wired ports?

Get a mobile wireless bridge. These are often marketed as Mobile Access Points or WiFI as WWAN or some other flashy term. Connect the bridge to the MiFi over WiFi then Ethernet cable from the bridge to the PC. As long as it can connect to wireless and provides an Ethernet Cable port then its problem solved.
I used to play around with Pepwave products on this subject in the past:

Thanks, John. I'll look into that!
