I have a JetPack 4620 LE (54C9). It shows to be connected, and the computer shows connected with a strong signal, and yet it times out both on my computer and cell phone. The only way to fix it is to reboot the JetPack and then for 10 or 15 minutes it works then it does it again. Is this a JetPack problem or a settings problem on both my computer and cell phone?
Power off the Jetpack, remove the battery and SIM card. Wait a minute and reinstall the battery. Power on the Jetpack and wait a minute, the display should read No SIM Card installed. Push and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds and release. The Jetpack should reset. When it displays No SIM Card, power it off, reinstall the SIM Card, and power it on. Wait about 2 minutes and you should have internet access using the default SSID and Wi-Fi Password. If you configured the Jetpack with a custom configuration go ahead and reconfigure it the way you want. See if this fixes the problem.
