Data remaining wrong? Prepaid plan.

I have an Orbic hotspot that was sent to replace a previously recalled one. I have only used Verizon prepaid 2 months total. First month was $70 15+15. Wasn’t worth it so didn’t pay again until I realized yesterday they now have a 100 gb plan for $80. So I signed back up. 

My account page shows “$80 plan with 100 gb of data” as well as “You have 84% of data remaining”

I thought the data would go further than that so I went to usage details. I didn’t even turn the hotspot on until I got home from work around 5 pm. Only usage listed is 5:20 pm 12.52 gb, 5:22 pm 3.01 gb, and 5:23 pm 3724.26 gb. After work I streamed a few episodes of a show on my iPad and have yet to even turn it on today. 

This adds up to roughly 3740 gb so how do I only have 84% of 100 mb remaining??
