Ellipsis Jetpack drops connection every 40 seconds

Any suggestions on how to maintain a connection during heavy usage hours? 

During evening hours the Jetpack disconnects every 40 seconds or so.  I'm in a fully "red" area on the coverage map and get 4-5 bars on signal strength.  Jetpack is fully charged or power cord is plugged in.  Off-peak hours are usually fine. I've set my laptop to automatically reconnect, but even so, watching movies in 40-second bursts in a huge pain. When I look at my data usage on the website, I can see new sessions starting at 2-minute intervals.

Staying connected when watching a movie is important, Mrs. Jetson. Let's get to the bottom of this. What zip code are you in? How long has this been happening? Any other devices having the same trouble?

I am in zip code 21043.

This has been going on for several a couple of months.

It is affecting my personal Ellipsis jetpack and my work MiFi device,  I notice the jetpack at night and the MiFi to a lesser extent during daytime business hours.  My real concern is the personal device, since I am paying for the service and the programming I am trying to watch.

Both devices should be operating in tip top shape, Mrs. Jetson. Let's delve a bit deeper. Are any other online tasks, other than streaming movies, impacted by this issue? What signal type displays on the device when the issue is present? How many bars are displayed?
