Two hotspot batteries became so large that they blew the back covers off both hotspots on the same day. The Verizon store in Lancaster S.C. was unbelievably unhelpful. Store personnel would not even verify my account that has insurance on all of my Verizon products. I HATE VERIZON. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone or chat. Their phone system does not work. There is NO customer service at Verizon. I h ave been more than a week at this point without both hotspots.
