How can I update my Ellipsis Jetpack with a MAC computer?

I have a Ellipsis Jetpack and I have a MAC computer. From what I see this can only be done with a computer with windows 10.

There are a lot of complaints about performing Elipsis updates on Mac around here recently.  If you do not have access to a friends Windows PC another option would be to try stopping into a VZW store to see if they can perform the update for you.  Might want to give them a call in advance to see if they have staff and a setup to support you before you make the trip though, I've heard some do not offer that kind of service.

Otherwise you can attempt the firmware update from the Jetpacks Admin web page:

This should attempt an Over the Air update and would be OS independent, provided you have a browser that can support the connection to the Admin page.
