The Jetpack admin page (192.168.1.1) is only for local configuration of the Jetpack. To make an account change, such as modifying your data plan, you need to create and sign into your myVZW account on Verizonwireless.com.
You can always talk to a chat rep, call VZW hotline or stop in to talk with a store rep too.
