How do I find the password for aVerizon Jetpack 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi6620L?

I cannot find the WPA2 pass code for my Verizon Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi6620L, I tried all day to use the Smart TV at work and it just would not work.  This has been frustating and when I try to sign in to get the information I am asked a user ID, I never received that information.  Any help will be grateful.
