How do I port forward through my jetpack

I need to get thru my jetpack to the server behind it for telephony.  I put it in the DMZ but still cant get thru.  I cannot ping my public IP either.

The Verizon 4g LTE Jetpacks only have private IP addresses, unless they are active on a business account and a public IP is purchased.
