Harham59,

We always want to make sure you have accurate details regarding your account. As Ann 154 mentioned, a jetpack would have a 2 year contract, if purchased at a subsidized price. If it was purchased at retail cost, it can be activated month to month without a contract.

Usually it is 2 years.
