***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Jet Pack Data

My son has used all the high speed data on the jet pack(called unlimited by Verizon). He has to do online school due to coronavirus. Anything we can do? We do not have any other access to the internet due to the remote location of our home.

Was told after hour and five minute wait that there was nothing Verizon would do about this situation. So much for helping out in a crisis!

We know how difficult it has been for everyone transitioning to working from home. Starting March 25th through April 30th, we are applying 15GB of additional data to plans: If your son is being asked to watch videos as a part of his lesson plans, please advise him to lower the quality of the video as much as possible. Lower qualify will use less data and allow your data to last longer.
