My son has used all the high speed data on the jet pack(called unlimited by Verizon). He has to do online school due to coronavirus. Anything we can do? We do not have any other access to the internet due to the remote location of our home.
Was told after hour and five minute wait that there was nothing Verizon would do about this situation. So much for helping out in a crisis!

Lower qualify will use less data and allow your data to last longer.
