I sent back two Jetpack's through the recall program and I got replacement units but I cannot activate them because the phone number associated with the jetpacks have been decommissioned.
I haven't been able to get any help on the phone. They always forward me to the same automated system which can't activate the SIMs.
I tried to get help in my local store and gave up after waiting half an hour in a nearly empty store. They finally called me an hour later to ask if I still needed help. Yes, but some other day when I have two hours to spare waiting for it.
