Jetpack Hotspot—AC791L - Can I use it to replace my home internet (AT&T)

I am wondering if it is possible to use the Jetpack Hotspot with an unlimited data plan to replace my current AT&T internet?  The fastest internet AT&T can offer in my area is 12 mbps.  Will such a Jetpack support streaming video (Netflix) on two separate TVs?  What is the range on this Jetpack? Would it be better or worse than the 12 mbps AT&T?  Thanks!

Current understanding is the Jetpack will be limited to 10 GB high speed data before being slowed to 3G speeds. It will take no time at all to go through the 10 GB. While there is evidence that Verizon has turned on wide spread throttling for any device yet, it is clear from posts from Verizon here and in other sites that the 10 GB then 3G is the current rule for jetpacks. At 3G speeds you would be 0.6 Mbps, much slower than AT&T
