Every time I plug my jetpack to charge, the one and only device that is connected is dropped. Why does this happen? And more importantly, how can it be fixed? Never had a problem with my old NetGear Jetpack from Verizon. Any help would be appreciated.
We understand the concerns that you have regarding your device and connecting to the device charger. With regard to this device it is a programming process which cannot be changed. When using the device it is best to fully charge the device prior to use. When it is plugged in it will automatically disconnect from other devices. -Jasper
