Jetpack connection issue

We have two jetpacks. One is on our mobile plan and downloading at about 4mb/sec which is about as good as it gets for us. 

The second was provided by our local school to increase our data for online schooling. This one is only getting about 1mb/sec and we can't use it for live streaming of classes. 

They are identical but the speeds are very much not. Any idea why this may be?

Same issue even if we turn the faster one off. The slow one is still slow.

Hello there, Ahill195. We know it is important to make sure you and your family have the speeds you need now that you are learning from home. Is the second Jetpack added onto your Verizon account? What kind of plan do you have with us?
