How do I retrieve messages off of my Jetpack. It says I have 5.

If your Jetpack has a control panel then there should be an option to retrieve the messages directly on the Jetpack.  If not then ignore them and disable the text message feature of your Jetpack.  Jetpacks are configured to use a telephone number just like a cell phone so they will attempt to receive text messages if any are sent.  However there isn't always a way to receive or respond to them so its often best to disable that feature.
