I connected the charger in my car and did a power reset one of which caused it to start operating. This is the second time this has happened.
I will call customer service about this.
Thanks,
Steve

Can you take the battery out and then retry?

According to page 10 of the Ellipsis MHS800L Jetpack User Guide, the battery is not removable. Assuming you're pressing the Power button according to page 10 of user guide and the Jetpack does not power on then you should probably call Customer Service (800) 922-0204 and complain. The device should have a one year warranty so it might qualify for replacement under the warranty.
