My jetpack has a standalone account which is now locked

tried to login to add data to jetpack. i don't have it registered to my cell phone account. the account got locked when i made an error in entering password. now i can't unlock the account. it keeps saying it's sending a password reset link to a cell number that isn't mine or doesn't exist; either way i can't access the password reset link. help.
