HUGE shout out to R.C. tech support agent from Chandler for the abundance of patience, professionalism, and friendly humor in assisting with with a very time consuming and frustrating installation of jetpack replacement (due to recall). In a time when any type of professional, let along pleasant customer service support is seldomly provided...it is extremely refreshing to receive not only the most amazing pleasant customer service, but an actual resolution. R.C. did not give up on all the issues I was experiencing, went above & beyond to ensure a resolution. Their jobs are not easy and much appreciated, at least from this super happy customer!
