I have had a Jetpack MiFi6620L for a year now. For the past week or so it seems as if the power button is stuck. I have to press hard on the button to turn the device on or off. Also after being on after an hour or so it will power itself off and I will have to power it back up. It's a year old and I know I don't have the equipment protection plan on it so I doubt a replacement will be covered under warranty. Do I have to buy a new device at full retail price or is there a used option?
