Prepaid Ripoff??!!

I purchased a prepaid 10gb card and on the card and in the book which came with the Ellipsis jetpack wireless hotspot both said that I had 180 days to use the 10gb worth of data, and any data not used after that time frame would expire. I used none of it and now it's supposedly expired...??? 90.00 plus paying for the device and I get nothing?

It doesn’t say anything like that at all! It says: “Balance expires 30 days for $15 refill, 90 days for $60 refill and 180 days for $90 refill from the date it is added to the account” After you purchased the 10 GB data plan the balance on the account is $0.00 and the quoted sentence above that appears on the back of the card, becomes irrelevant. When you purchase the 10 GB data plan it is good for 30 days or 10 GB whichever occurs first.
