Service drops on 7730L jetpack-

I livestream as part of my business. I just replaced a previous verizon jetpack with the 7730L- it is dropping connections every2 hours, it is taking 45 minutes to connect to my camera.  I have filmed at the same field for 4 years- what is going on with this device?  No one seems to be able to help me? I just refunded over $400 because the connection kept dropping mid games.

beyond-hs,

Having a reliable Jetpack for your business is crucial. It is certainly concerning to learn that it's dropping connection every 2 hours.

What kind of devices are you trying to connect to the Jet pack? Are you using the same SIM card from your old Jet pack? How long ago did you purchase it?

What are your signal and SNR levels?

If you have done all the usual stuff; removed and reinstall the battery and SIM card, reset the Jetpack to factory defaults and disabled IPv6 then the only thing left is to call Customer Service (800) 922-0204 and state "My 7730L drops the connection every two hours." There's no need to say anything else. Well, after 10 minutes of going nowhere, say "If the issue is over your head then send me a warranty replacement cause this on is broke!"

A Jetpack is not the right device here. Consider a Pepwave MAX BR1 or a Cradlepoint IBR600. If running a business, have a look at the Cradlepoint AER 2100 with two modems.

Connecting vidupro, used new sim card that came with hotspot.  Never an issue with last hotspot
