I have a new LG 50-inch TV that does not recognize the Orbic RC400L in the wifi list. Is there a compatibility issue? Something else?

We know how important it is to have your TV connected to Wi-Fi these days, Dlm1965. We can help you look into this further. Has this TV ever recognized this Wi-Fi connection? Is the software up to date on the Orbic RC400L?
