The battery on my jetpack isn't charging. What can I do?

The battery on my jetpack does not seem to be charging. I have only had the unit for about 6 months. Any suggestions on what I should do? Can the battery be replaced?

The MiFi 4620 has a little glitch on the display that makes you think the battery is not charged when it really is.  To fix this problem simply remove the battery and reboot the device.  It should fix itself from there, happens every now and then for unknown reasons.

Let us know if you have a different mobile hotspot model.
