I purchased jet pack because I Have 4 people working from home and internet is slow. I was told by Verizon that I can have unlimited for 70 a month.
In 2 days the high speed turned to low speed and am unable to work my programs.
Any alternative other than canceling?

Thank you for clarifying that for us. With regard to your plan being unlimited what is the exact plan type that you have? There are 3 different types that we have and each one has a set amount of data for hotspot services. From what it sounds like you may have our lower plan which does not provide alot of hotspot data speed once you use the included amount. Please clarify to better assist. JasperM_VZW
