I juet got this modem um175, I signed up for 1gb $20 and activated the modem.
When I attempt to Connect it goes through the connection process > Connecting > Authenticating > Verifying Connection >... then box pops up with:
Data Usage : Error
Description: IP Not in GOOD Range.
Any ideas on how to resolve this? Have tied multiple times / different locations.
It's concerning to hear that you are experiencing issues with your device. Concerning the location where you are trying to utilize this device, do any other devices experience issues with service in this same location? What ZIP Code are you located in?
