My Apple 8+ iPhone has a hot spot so I no longer need the Verizon jet pack hot spot purchased years ago. How is the jet pack device taken off my account
We certainly don't want to lose your favor as the provider of service to that Jetpack device, Duane0519. While it's true that you can use mobile hotspot on a mobile device with many of our plans, using this feature does tend to drain your phone's battery and you can't connect as many devices as you can with a Jetpack.
