I just bought a U620L, the only USB modem now sold on Verizon:
https://www.verizonwireless.com/internet-devices/
The advertising says it works on Mac OS X, but actually nothing happens when you plug it into a Mac.
Other online discussions say it has been broken since at least 2015, when Mac OSX 10.11 "El Capitan" came out.
Why is it still being sold as Mac compatible if it's been broken for 2 years?
Verizon, is there any workaround? If not, this seems like false advertising:
"the modem works with Mac "
